Blessings to you my friend! I’m super excited that you have taken a few minutes to check out my blog. It’s purpose is to encourage, share some humor, and to tell you about my Jesus and what He has done for me.
I’m not sure when this whole writing dream came about. My first love was pen and paper about 4th grade or so, when my parents would take me school shopping and I stood in the isle staring at all the colors of the notebooks, pencils, and markers. I just knew that if I could pick the perfect ones, I could fill those pages with so much creativity.
The technology has changed some, (Okay, a WHOLE LOT) but the desire to write has not. Over the last couple of years, I have had friends in my community stop and tell me “We get on social media just to see what you have written.” To me, it was just an outlet to post a funny story, express a short testimony, or share a funny story about something that happened between my husband and I, or to post a positive quote I had found.
My desire for this blog is to do the same, only this time my intention is to be more of an encourager and a prayer warrior for you. As time goes on, I want to share bits and pieces of what Jesus has done in my life, share some encouraging words, and to hopefully share a laugh or two.
Thank you for being patient with me as I learn how to “blog,” figure out this new website, and keep it running. I will add more information about myself, some pictures, and hopefully some encouraging words for you as I start this new journey. I am not a professional writer (yet) but can’t wait to see how God grows this ministry.
For now, know that I am praying for you and that I can’t wait to hear how God is using you.
